In general term is called saffron and its scientific name is ‘Crocus Sativus’. It is one of the most Precious agricultural plant existing in the universe and the only plant which its unit for transaction is Gram or Mesghal (a measuring unit equal to about 5 gr.)
Since 2018, we have worked in Organic Project. We developed fields of saffron based on the latest organic standards and increased the fields under cultivation without the use of chemicals in last three years with collaboration by Bio-Inspecta company Swiss.
The purpose of publishing these work procedures is presenting the principles which considering them in process of preparation and packaging of the saffron would cause safe supply of the product.
